Plan Maestro de Paisaje, Balneario Agua Dulce
Landscape Master Plan, Aguadulce Resort.
This was the landscape masterplan for a new resort and real estate development on the coast of the Coquimbo Region, 300 kms from Santiago to the north, in Chile.
It had almost a hundred lots, a golf course, a beach, and a small port.
The proposal contemplated the recuperation of the old streams to complete the public space network, the inclution of a desert town, instead of the real estate proposition that just wanted to divide the land into plots, horse riding trails, walking trails
